Illegal Child Separation

Exposing Illegal Child Separation

Many states including florida have passed laws that if you sexually molest a child under 12 you can be subject to the death penalty. So why do they sentace people to death? For the physical touch or for the psychological trauma that will last a lifetime due to this act? Why should other people that abuse people psycologically not have the same penalty? Especially when you see a case so severe as this.

You will find all documents, videos, laws, people involved in this Conspiracy by the Brazilian, American, and Italian Government on this site. Renato Amorim, an ex brazilian diplomat to china is my kids mothers cousin and I have been told by other brazilians that he has been orchastating this which is not confirmed, but that is who they are blaming this on.

The police refuse to assist me for 8 years, since May 12, 2018 I have been trying to complain and now my children are lost, abused, and I am being told they are being abused at Colegio Marista in Goiania Goais, Brazil a catholic school. I have tried to speak with the school, email the school, but they are also assisting these people and refuse to respond to me or speak to me. Thats what these people do to try to get people to kill themselves, when they are the wrong ones.

US States That Updated Their Constiution

Many states (like Florida with the 2023/2024 shared parenting laws and ongoing 2026 sessions) have moved toward a presumption of 50/50 custody. If a system has to explicitly write "equality" into its constitution, it is often a reaction to a history of that equality being denied. Once a state or court gives a temporary order leaning one way or the other the judges rarely change it and it almost always leans towards the mother.

April 26th is now recognized in many of these states as Shared Parenting Day. This date was chosen specifically because it marks the anniversary of Kentucky signing the first true 50/50 bill into law in 2018.

Kentucky 2018

HB 528.

The pioneer state; the first to make 50/50 the default for all temporary and permanent orders.

Arkansas 2021

SB 18. Established a "clear and convincing" evidence standard to rebut the 50/50 presumption.

West Virginia 2022

HB 4331. Codified the presumption that shared parenting is the default starting point.

Florida 2023

HB 1301 / SB 1416. Established the 50/50 rebuttable presumption and simplified paternity rights for unwed fathers.

Missouri 2023

HB 299. Formally solidified the 50/50 presumption (building on a 2016 law that merely "encouraged" it).

Tennessee 2025

HB 0492 / SB 1058. Recently shifted to a legal presumption of 50/50. 2026 updates also include makeup time for denied visitation.

Alabama 2026

HB 229. The "Best Interest of the Child Protection Act" (Effective Jan 1, 2026).

Oklahoma 2026

HB 3582. The "Equal Parenting Act" (Effective Nov 1, 2026).

There are already National Movements driven by the NPO National Parents Organization that are pushing for 50/50 equal rights and for fathers to stop being abused by states like New Jersey. But lets be clear, what has been done to me is because the State of New Jersey is corrupt, they were already in trouble from the attempted kidnapping of my children on May 12, 2018 and because Larissa Zanatos family are all in the government and her cousin Renato Amorim was living and working in New Jersey at Merck. So he used his politcal connections to do this to me, which is why I am blind now. And my children are being abused.

The "National 50/50 Movement" is a grassroots and legislative push to make rebuttable presumption of equal parenting time the legal default in family courts across the United States.

The movement is primarily driven by the National Parents Organization (NPO) and various fathers’ and mothers’ rights groups. Their core argument is that the "Best Interest of the Child" is statistically served by having both parents equally involved, and that the current system often incentivizes high-conflict litigation by creating a "winner" (custodial parent) and a "loser" (visitor).

The 2025 NPO Report Card Status

As of the latest 2025 NPO Shared Parenting Report Card:

6 States received an "A" grade (The pioneers of 50/50).

10 States received a "B".

The movement has shifted from simply "encouraging" joint custody to "presuming" equal time as the starting point.

States That Have Implemented 50/50 Laws (2016–2026)

These states have moved the "starting line" to 50/50. To deviate from this, a judge must now prove with "clear and convincing evidence" that equal time would be harmful.

Since states like Florida and Kentucky had to put this into their laws/constitutions, it serves as an admission that the previous "standard" was inherently unequal. And UNCONSITITONAL. I was jailed for 6 months, injected with medication for 2 years, told I was crazy in the USA. Then when I went to Brazil I was blinded. Now I am in Italy and I am being Abused here. You people that are involved belong in Jail. Or Worse. The Death Penalty under Title 18 Section 241-242 Conspiracy to Withhold RIghts under Federal LAW and also TREASON by assisting a foreign government BRAZIL.
