Overview 

In order to understand what has happened during this stay you need to understand about what has been happening over the past 8 years. It sounds crazy, but there is more than enough evidence here for you to make a decision and understand that these people are sick and should not be allowed on your site, especially if they are assisting people in the USA and Brazil that have committed treason, conspiracy to withhold rights, and child abuse. 

-2017 - Larissa Zanato and her father Emir Zanato along with her cousin Renato Amorim, an ex-brazilian diplomat began harassing me and my children, attempted to kill 200 cows on Emir Zanatos farm. I tried to alert the Brazilian authorities, but everyone in the Zanato and Amorim Family are government workers, judges, federal police, military police, prosecutors, Larissa’s brother in law Gustavo Fluery is a Brazilian Intelligence agent. Etc. 

-After her family tried to kill 200 cows, left them in a pasture for 10 days with no pasture to eat and no water, in November 2017 Larissa and I, which were not married, moved to the USA in order to start a new life. Larissa Zanato is a medical doctor in Brazil and she always wanted to go to the usa to be a doctor and for her kids(our kids Luke and Marco) to have a better life. 

-May 12, 2018 - Larissa Zanato, her mother Maria das Gracas Amorim, Renato Amorim(ex brazilian diplomat, which was working for Merck Pharmaceutical Company in Princeton NJ), along with his wife Sabine Amorim a french national, organized a kidnapping of my 2 children Luke(3 ½ ) and Marco(6 months old), they purchased one way tickets to Brazil using Maria das 

Gracas credit card on Expedia.com. Their flight was from newark airport to sao paulo brazil 

-They were stopped at the airport as i called the airport telling them i did not speak to my children in days and thought that they were being kidnapped and to alert the authorities that I did not authorize my children boarding any flights. 

-Maria das gracas, Larissa Zanato, Luke and Marco all were at the airport attempting to board an Air Canada Flight. I spoke with Luke on the phone and he was crying as Larissa and her mother Maria das Gracas were instructing him to say he was in Pennsylvania with his cousins, which I found out they were not because i heard the loudspeaker speaking flight info in the background, which alerted me that they were in the airport. My son Luke was devastated and was in fear. 

-I went to the airport and there were 5 Newark Port Authority Police along with my children there. The Police told me that I did not have any right to my children since Larissa and I were not Married and she was free to travel anywhere she wanted with the children. I disagreed and told them that I am a USA citizen and we registered the children in the American Embassy in Brazillia, Brazil and I passed USA citizenship to my children and Larissa was only Brazilian. The police did not agree and told me and Larissa that she was free to travel anywhere she wanted, even after I showed the Police their birth certificate from the USA with my name as a father. 

-Larissa told me she would only stay in the USA if I married her so she could get a green card. I told the police that this was illegal and marriage fraud, but the Newark Port Authority Police did not care. So i told Larissa i would marry her and she told me she would stay in the USA with the children. The next day I called the FBI and the FBI told me they could not help me in the state of New Jersey, if we were in a different state they could help, but not in New Jersey. I told them they were federal agents with federal jurisdiction and they upheld federal laws which did not have anything to do with the State of New Jersey, but the FBI agent told me no I cannot help you. This was because Renato Amorim, ex brazilian diplomat, called the current diplomat in the USA for Brazil and they called their friends and contacts along with Gustavo Fleury - Larissa’s brother in Law, which is a Brazilian Intelligence agent and the FBI refused to assist me. 

-I called 20 lawyers asking for assistance in May 2018, they all wanted 15,000USD - 

30,000USD to help me get rights to my children, which I did not pay because I did not have that money, most people in the USA around 60-70% only have under 2000 usd in their accounts in cash so it already shows how the system in the State of New Jersey works against men, which I would like to be clear, not every State in the USA operates this way, but child custody and marriage is regulated individually by state law, but every state has to adhere to federal law and the federal constitution, but it gets a little sticky as a few states, New Jersey being one of them, abuses children through their male parents. I have stated many times it is not 1950s anymore, a male does not make 4 dollars an hour and a woman makes 1 dollar an hour(as an example). In the 1950s it made sense for the male to work and the woman to be a caretaker/homemaker even after divorce as the wages were such a disparity that it made sense for only the male to work. Today it is a different story as women make the same or more than men, and we are seeing states like Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee and other states explicitly state in their State Constitutions that MEN AND WOMEN both have equal rights to their children, these 3 states have added this to their constitutions around 2018-2023 so that judges, lawyers and Police cannot play these “games” with children anymore through abusing their fathers. 

• Larissa and I married on June 12, 2018 even after 15 of my colleagues at Monster.com told me “are you crazy marrying this woman! She tried to kidnap your children what are you doing!” and I responded “the State of New Jersey Police and Federal Police will not help me. There is nothing I can do” 

• Around April 2019 I kept being abused by Larissa and her family, my son Luke was terrorized for about a year at this point, as he would not let me leave him alone with his mother Larissa, he would grab onto my leg, start screaming and crying saying “dont leave me alone with her, she is going to try to steal me again!” So i had to ask to work from home for Monster.com in order to protect my son Luke and not have him shake in fear. I hired Patricia Apy, the “Gold Standard” in international child abduction who was made famous for her successful retrieval of Sean Goldman, from Tinton Falls New Jersey, who abducted around 2003 to Brazil by his Brazilian mother. You can read about this online, but the short story is, Patricia Apy returned my 8000USD i Paid her because she told me that a judge in the State of New Jersey would never arrest a mother for trying to kidnap her kids nor would a Judge in New Jersey ever require a mother to have supervised visitation with their children in a situation like this. I told her that she should be ashamed of herself as she knew everything she was telling me was illegal and she just stated that it just is the what that it is. She later closed down her law firm to avoid civil lawsuits from me around 2022-2023. 

-I filed for divorce in October 2019. 

-I requested the police, Spring Lake New Jersey to assist me multiple times, I have over 8 police reports. In November 2019, I made black bean soup, was eating the soup with Luke and Larissa and Marco came downstairs after their bath and I told Larissa there was soup that I made. She screamed at me saying “I will not eat your food. Your probably trying to poison me!” Luke looked at me, watering began to fill his eyes, and he spit the food out of his mouth and he said “Daddy, why are you trying to poison me?” I got up from the table. Went to Spring Lake Police department told them what was happening and they went to my house. After speaking with Larissa for 15 minutes they tried to remove me from my own home and place me in a psychiatric facility. Which did not happen only because my father called the police station telling them they all should be fired for what has been happening and they knew the entire story already, and they were assisting not only the Brazilian’s/Brazilian Government/Brazilian Intelligence - Diplomats, but the State of New Jersey because I already had begun speaking with lawyers to sue the State of New Jersey. Things only got worse from here. 

-December 2019 Judge Acquaviva refused to allow me to place my children on a do not fly list, which is an alert they typically use for terrorists, but is also used in situations like this to place children on an alert list to not leave the country. It cost me 9,000USD to get these papers in order to place them on a do not fly list, and i only needed 2 words changed on a document, but Judge Acquaviva was A. Trying to get me to stop suing the government B. Allow his friends at Helmer Connley and Kassleman a lawfirm comprised of all Ex Judges and Prosecutors, to churn my money, basically steal my money. 

-January 2020 I could not take the stress anymore and threw larissas cellphone out of the car. I was arrested and placed in Jail and was not allowed to live in my house anymore, I was not allowed to see my children until a court date and every single item i owned, including my car that I purchased prior to being married was taken from me and given to Larissa. I was not even allowed to go get my clothes in the house 

-March 2020COVID closed down the courts. I was allowed to see my children 3 times a week 2 hours at a time UNSUPERVISED which I did for 3 months or so. I also spoke with the US Navy thinking about enlisting. I had enlisted for the US Navy in 2002 - and scored into the Nuclear Program for the Navy, but never went to boot camp and did not serve. I was told in March 2020 by the Navy Recruiter that due to me having children and my age(35) that it was not the best idea to go to the Navy and due to COVID boot camps were closed with no date to reopen so I had a few months to make a final decision if I decided to go down that path. Which I never did due to the harassment and torture by 2 governments, USA and Brazil, and the State of New Jersey did not want me to be in the Military by any means, because then it would be more difficult for them to lie and break the law and abuse my children and commit treason by assisting the Brazilians/Brazilian Government. Also I think the US Navy knew about what was happening and did not want to be forced to abuse me to help the State of New Jersey so I think they were telling me it may have been worse if I was in the US Military, as they would probably be forced to abuse me further there. 

-April 2020 after months of telling Helmer COnnley and Kassleman that I was going to sue the State of New JErsey, they stole the 22,000USD I paid them in advance and refused to represent me further. They refused to return any unearned fees, which is a law in the Rules of 

Professional Conduct for lawyers in the State of New JErsey. They laughed at me and told me to file a fee dispute. Full disclosure, Megan Black told me to go to this lawfirm, as her brother a drug dealer and heroin addict was being represented by Richard Incromona - an ex Prosecutor and lawyer for Helmer Connley and Kassleman. Sylar Weissman was also a lawyer for that lawfirm, and even though I did not hire him and he was ot my lawyer, Skylar was the Head Prosecutor in Trenton for the State of New Jersey for many many years, and his sister which passed away in 2008, was my mothers best friend and at my house 4-5 times a week for more than a decade, probably from when i was 10 years old until her death. 

-April May 2020 Judge Acquaviva told me that it was okay for Larissa and her mother to give my children Dramamine, which Larissas mother was living with her and Larissas mother was already screamed at by her sister, the one married to the Brazilian Intelligence agent, because Maria das Gracas had given her children Theo and Brenno dramamine in the past because they were too active and had too much energy and Maria das Gracas wanted peace and quiet, so she drugged the kids for them to sleep. I asked Judge Acquaviva for a court appointed lawyer to protect my children from this abuse and Judge Acquaviva responded that Ira Heller, Larissas lawyer was a good trustworthy lawyer and the court did not need to appoint a lawyer to protect my children. 

-May 2020, I went to Florida where my mother lived. I also was speaking to a high school friend of mine and ex girlfriend Megan Black, who was currently working for Robert Zangrillo(also worked for Ronald Perleman - NYC investor / Corporate Raider of the 1980s for about 15 years before this). Megan Black was also having an affair with a married man, Bruce Weil, and so I am told Bruce Weil is a prominent lawyer in Miami. Bruce Weil told Megan black that he did not like me around her and that he wanted me to stop hanging out with her. I started to get harassed in Miami after Megan told me this. People would make fun of me. Police would give me parking tickets when I still had time left on the meter. I would try to purchase things and eat at restaurants and be denied service or just completely ignored 80% of the time when I tried to eat at places. 

-September 2020 Judge Acuaviva Furious that I would not stop trying to sue the state of new jersey placed a full block on my children for me. He signed an order that I could not see my children anymore without supervision and the only supervision that was acceptable was going to the YMCA and having the YMCA supervise me. I told the courts that due to COVID the YMCA was not offering that service as they were 90% shut down due to the pandemic, but the courts did not care. In fact I complained so much to so many people, even the Attorney General of New Jersey, that The State of New Jersey cut off my unemployment - just stopped making my payment in October 2020. They just stopped paying me. Around the same time Judge 

Acquaviva placed a support order for alimony of around 1800 USD a month and child support of around 1300 a month. Keep in mind i was asking for an annulment not a divorce, due to the fact that I was forced to marry Larissa under duress and due to the state of New Jersey and FBI refusing to assist me. Then they cut off my unemployment to further tie my hands and exert power and control over me and my children and force me to allow Larissa to move back to Brazil and hopefully for me to leave the USA and go live in Brazil with my children and stop trying to sue the Police, Lawyers, Judges, state of New Jersey, and these prominent Brazilians in Larissa's family which were all government workers. I kept saying that this was treason being committed by the State of New Jersey and Judge Acquavia as they were aiding a foreign government - Brazil- and abusing US Citizens on USA soil, Me, Luke and Marco. 

-October 2020 - I went to Houlton maine to get away from these people in miami abusing me and the state of new jersey. I was going to Bastions bar, which was owned by James harvey a homeland security agent, in fact they said he is the only homeland security Investigator for 300 miles. I began being abused and tortured there as well by his son and his staff. I also was being followed and made fun of by other people that appeared to not be from the area. One night i was told that James was going to beat me up and arrest me, so i went to his bar looking for him and then he put a restraining order against me. They stated that it was because of a girl that worked at his bar, but that was just an excuse to cover up their misconduct, which started to become a trend over the next 6 years. They (these bad actors and the 2 governments and now 3 governments if we include italy, wanted me to appear unstable and that i had some type of control or infatuation issues with women, to confirm Larissa's stories and lies about me supposedly abusing her. Around the same time i send emails to a lot of lawyers, courts, police in Miami about Megan Black and her affair with bruce weil and how he was one of the bad actors. Things only got worse from here. 

-November 2020 my gmail account camaraopaul@gmail.com was locked my fathers email account camaraopaulo@gmail.com was my recovery email account for me to gain access back to my email and my my email address was his recovery email account. About 3 days after my gmail account was locked my fathers gmail account was locked. This shows collusion not only with the government but with private companies helping the government in this treason, conspiracy to withhold rights, child abuse, and only god knows how many other crimes and violations all of these actions add up to. 

-November 2020 Larissas lawyer wanted me arrested and my drivers license suspended for not paying child support. Judge Acquaviva told Ira Heller, Larissa’s lawyer, that it was not out of the question to do this until I told the Judge that my unemployment was cut off illegally and unethically and I felt that Judge Acquviva and his friends were to blame. Judge Acquavia then backed off a little stating that due to COVID he would not do that at that time, but it may be possible in the future. Remember Larissa is a Medical Doctor in Brazil. Her father has a 1000 hectare farm worth around 5 million USD paid off with no loans, Her father and mother are both Brazilian Revenue Service retired employees which each earn at least 20 minimum wages a month. She is not poor, just wanted to play a game that she could not work, had no money, and desperately needed to go back to Brazil, so rather than be a mother work support her kids and be a normal person, she was living in basements of her friends houses pretending she was poor and had no money in order to gain sympathy from people around town, the lawyers, police, and judges. 

-November 2020 my mothers unemployment was suspended and not paid, because she was giving me her unemployment, due to the fact that my unemployment was blocked and not being paid since October 2020. This again shows the collusion and misconduct from the State of New Jersey. My mother lived below the poverty line, making 100-200 a week working at chicos. This just shows how insane, disgusting, and complete disregard for another person's well being and complete disregard for the law that these people have. 

-December 2020 I took a flight from bangor maine to Washington dc - west palm beach. I was being harassed on the flight being told that i was going to be killed if I didn't stop and being threatened. So when i got off in washington dc i left the airport and rented a car. When I stopped to eat near george washington university, a male in his mid 20s early 30s told the lady at the cash register to give me a dirty look and look mad at me, because it was holiday time and i was not going to florida to see my mother for christmas. They did this because i was planning to stay in Washington DC and ask the department of justice for assistance, as I had already emailed politicians, police, lawyers in Maine in November asking for witness protection because I was being abused for pretty much the entire year of 2020. I then began being harassed by federal agents in Washington DC or at least what appeared to be federal agents. 

-December 2020 i started working at fedex in west palm beach florida as my unemployment was not being paid and my mothers unemployment was not being paid. I worked there for 3 days and I was abused by the other employees, managers and staff and was never paid my wages. I only received my wages from fedex 5 years later after complaining for literally 5 years. Fedex refused to respond to me. 

-January 2021Wall Township courthouse court staff amanda prizino emailed me telling me i had a court date in february 2021, i told her that i needed a public defender. She told me that i had 1 year to ask for a public defender and that she was not going to provide me with the paperwork for one. I told her that this was unconstitutional and that I did not ask for one before because the courts were closed because of covid and I did not receive notice until now about my court date. She did not care and threatened me with jail if I did not go to court. I went to court alone, with no lawyer, told the judge what happened. I did not get a lawyer that I wanted one and the judge did not care. He completely disregarded everything i said and sentenced me to 1 year probation. 

-February 2021 i refused to go to probation because i kept insisting I needed my constitutional right of having a lawyer, but the state of new jersey disagreed. Mid february i was in port st lucie at my girlfriends house outside and both my ears popped. Blood and fluid started to leak from my ears. My girlfriend cleaned my ears out and there was blood and fluid in them. I went to the doctor the next day and she said that she was scared for my safety and i asked her if she thought this was havana syndrome, which I had read about a few years back. She said she did not want to get involved with this and did not want to answer that question but told me that she had heard of and seen people die in these types of situations. 

-July 4, 2021. My girlfriend's brother that lived in Louisville Kentucky was killed driving home after working at a restaurant. He was not drunk or a drinker, I believe he was murdered by these people as they did not want me near my girlfriend because she was a foster mother that had 4 of her own children, 1 adopted child that was her foster child and she was going to testify in court in November 2021 during my court custody case. They did this to scare me and more so her so that she would not testify for me and then we separated around september 2021 as she was terrified about this situation. 

-October 2021  I went to New Jersey to address the warrant and try to get a public defender to assist me. The state of new jersey, specifically Freehold boro Police had me placed in a hospital for being crazy. The hospital, central state medical center cleared me after 25 minutes of speaking with me and telling them what has been happening since 2017. Then 15 minutes later the police picked me up again, brought me back to the same hospital, told the hospital to inject me with medication and keep me committed, they brought me to monmouth medical center and i spent 22 days there. 

-November 2021 - The state of new jersey has a law that states if you are attempting to take away a parent's legal rights to their children, you must provide adequate notice and a free lawyer if the parent cannot afford one. The state of new jersey did no such thing, provided me with no notice, i expressed that i did not have any money that i wrongly held at a psychiatric facility for 22 days 2 weeks prior and it required a lawyer and time to prepare for the trial. The judge Robin J. Stacy, a wall township resident, refused to obey the state and federal laws, to protect her friends at wall township courthouse and other bad actors, she is a resident of wall township, and stripped my legal rights and physical rights away from my children, and just to show how serious this is, if my children were to die in the united states of america i have no legal right to see their body or go to their funeral. Do you understand this? Let me write this again so you understand this. If my children were to die in the United states of america right now i would have no legal right to see their bodies or go to their funeral. Further showing this conspiracy and treason to assist a foreign government and this conspiracy to withhold constitutional rights, which is a serious crime in the united states of america which can have the death penalty if anyone is raped or murdered during the conpiracy or an attempt to rape or murder. 

-december 2021 my children were taken back to brazil with Larissa. 

-January 2022 i emailed James Harvey from bastions tavern in houlton maine saying i was going to smack his son in the face for what the government did to my children and what they did to me the year prior in 2020 in houlton maine. 

-January 2022 i emailed the russian embassy in washington DC asking what their political asylum process was as i was planning on going to Russia to seek political asylum, and told them this is worse than what they did to edward snowden. 

-February 2022 I was arrested for threats across state lines by homeland security for the email i sent james harvey. They also began injecting me with INVEGA - for schizoaffective disorder, which is kind of like schizophrenia, but it is specifically a fear of the government, a fear of persecution. 

-March 2022 Federal Magistrate Judge Matthewman(a magistrate judge is not a full judge with full powers. They are not allowed to hear all cases, they are not a full judge, you can request that a magistrate hear your case as they typically expedite cases quicker than “REAL-FULL POWER” Judges, but you can also request that a Magistrate Judge not hear your case. Which I did many times to Kristy Militello. She told me I was crazy and disregarded everything I said, again showing collusion and this conspiracy across state lines) in West Palm Beach Florida federal courthouse ordered me for therapy 1 time a week. After 2-3 weeks i asked for more sessions because 1 hour a week was not enough time to explain everything that had happened to me and he agreed and allowed me to do 3 sessions a week. After speaking with a childhood friend in Kiev about the war with Russia I told my therapist about his opinon that the Russians were raping and murdering children and women. I told my therapist i would not be able to be a solider and watch my fellow soliders rape and kill children and women and i would most likely kill my fellow soliders if i was a russian solider. She then told my probation officer that I wanted to kill people. I told my probation office that was not what i said and that she was trying to make me look unstable and that I wanted a new therapist as all trust with her was lost and broken. I found a replacement myself and had a session on a thursday then went to court to speak with Magistrate Judge Matthewman about this, but he told me that I was a danger to the community and placed me in Federal Prison around April 2022. I stayed in Federal Prison from April 2022 until October 2022. While I was in federal prison my brother in laws best friend, Fabio Andrade's 2 year old child was murdered by his wife in virginia beach virgina, with dramamine or a dramamine type over the counter medication, same as i stated to Judge acquaviva back in april 2020 that Larissa's mother in law was doing to my children and Judge Acquaviva responded that it was over the counter medication and it was okay. My father who is a Brazilian Citizen also died mysteriously around the same time as Fabio's child, around July 2022, I believe both of these deaths along with my ex girlfriends death are connected. SIDE NOTE my father asked a homeland security agent that was from Kearny New Jersey and friends with my cousins for help in September 2021. He told him the entire story and then that homeland security agent was murdered outside Tampa Florida in his Tesla a month or so after my father asked him for assistance. I was told that his car caught on fire, the doors locked and he could not get out and he burned alive. This is 4 deaths linked to this and we are only in 2022 so far. We still have 4 years to go. 

-October 2022 - June 2024 i was held in the USA without a trial for my threats across state lines. Kristy militello refused to ask the judge to change my medication which was making me sick for more than 2 years. I was being injected once a month. The USA in connection with the Brazilian government was attempting to exert power and control over me and wanted me to stop suing them and telling people the truth. 

-July 2024 I was working for ZipRecruiter since April 2024 remotely and my boss was abusing me and making my life difficult as no one wanted me to have a job and go to brazil. She would tell me that i was making too many calls, not enough calls, i was talking too loud in my calls, then too soft on my phone calls. Pretty much doing anything she could to get me to quit. I told this to ziprecruiter they told me that they would help me but they never did. In July 2024 I filed for temporary disability, which zip recruiter refused to process my disability insurance documents so that i would not be able to have money in brazil and be able to hire a lawyer to see my kids. I tried everything i could and still to this day i have not been paid a penny of the almost 50,000 USD they owe me. And also remember my unemployment and my mothers unemployment from the state of new jersey, close to 40,000USD in unpaid wages. I also tried to file for unemployment in the state of florida but again they refused to process my claim and LEON COUNTY FLORIDA courthouse and judge also stopped responding to my lawsuit. They just stopped responding to me. Literally, they just keep pretending i do not exist. 

July 2024 - The first chance i had i went to Brazil. I was staying in Florianopolis Brazil so as to not start trouble with Larissa in her city Goiania Brazil. I just wanted to see my children, did not want to start trouble and just wanted what I had wanted since 2018, to be a father to my children. 

Larissa and her family refused this to me. Larissa did not nationalize the order in Brazil from the state of new jersey that said I had no legal rights to my children. Every Country has a process to domesticate a foreign governments order or judgement. It is very simple to understand. A court in the Netherlands will not automatically accept a judgment or order from the USA. They need to read it first, see if it is constitutional in their country and see if the order can be domesticated locally/nationally. Easiest way to explain this is this : if a man in a muslim country has an order that states that he is the man and has full rights to his children and the woman has no rights for the simple fact that he is a muslim man, most countries around the world will not validate that order or judgement. They will say it is unfair and unconstitutional. Which is why in brazil it is the same thing. Larissa never did this, but her brazilian friends and family upheld that order and were abusing me and my children. I had to pay 100 BRL an hour to see my children, the minimum wage in brazil is around 1400BRL a month, so you can see that it is not only unfair but practically impossible for 85% of brazilians to be able to pay that amount to see their children. When I began complaining to federal police in brazil and courts, lawyers and local police, Larissa and her family started to beat me, torture me, torment me, tell me my father was being held captive on Larissas fathers 1000 hectare farm, that they were raping him everyday, cutting pieces of him off and feeding him to me. Let me explain: when i would got to eat a hamburger or to outback to eat ribs a brazilian police officer would walk by me and say how does your father taste? Every Single time. For 15 months or so. They did it in italy once or twice, just a regular person, but they still did this in italy too. 

-October 2024 I filed multiple lawsuits in west palm beach florida state court around october 

17th or so(online filing), then around october 26th or so I was charged with rape at a bus station 2 blocks from my aunts house. I was buying cigarettes for my aunt and myself as it was the only place open in her small town in Brazil at 11pm, and a girl 17 years old called the police and told them i took my penis out and shook it at her. I never did this. I was charged with rape and placed in jail. A week later i went to see a lawyer, who is my aunts niece, that lawyer told me that i was going to be raped everyday in brazil and told me i should get out of there. 

-January 2025 - I started an online paralegal course in florida to be able to navigate the court system in the usa. I was thrown out of seminole state college. Then thrown out of FSW college all in the matter of 6 months. 

-February 2025 my ribs were broken by people telling me to stop filing lawsuits against Larissa her family and the judges in the USA 

-March 2025, I filed a civil rights lawsuit in Texas federal courthouse. 

-June 4 2025 I requested the federal judge in Texas to freeze people assets and force these people to stop doing what they were doing and injunction, 12 hours after filing that lawsuit i was beaten, my computer stolen and blinded in my left eye. See attached pictures. 

-August 2025 I began emailing interpol in Europe telling them what had been happening since 

2018 and i was planning on going to the Netherlands where there is the International Criminal Court and the Hague, which is where the international child abduction treaties and agreements were signed. I purchased a ticket to Amsterdam, but then 24 hours after me purchasing this ticket, my children called me out of the blue telling me it was fathers day in brazil and that their mother larissa was allowing me to see them for fathers day. I canceled my ticket to the netherlands saw my children for fathers day, then waited for their birthdays in september, 12 and 26 to see them once last time before traveling to europe, but their mother never let me see them for their birthday. 

Italy - Europe 

-October 2025 - I flew to Rome in October 2025. It was the cheapest ticket to europe and i thought that i would be able to get assistance in Rome or Switzerland with the United Nations being there. Also Rome is also a major political hub in Europe and kind of half way in Europe and the ticket was 300 dollars. I decided to go to Italy instead of Netherlands. 

International asylum laws state that asylum seekers need to express their intent on claiming or filing for asylum at the first border crossing, which I did, please see the videos attached. I was thrown out fo the Rome Airport by the military, which was instructed to do so by the police officer in the videos, he also told me to go to the church, making fun of me. He also told me to come back tomorrow. I kept telling them that people wanted to kill me, that I was already blind in my left eye, had my ribs broken and that I was going to get murdered, but the italians did not care, they were and still are assisting the Americans and Brazilians. 

-October 2025 after being thrown out of the airport in rome i slept outside termini train station in rome, was almost killed, robbed, and beat up a few times, was staying at hostels when my mother could send me money and other times had to stay on the street for 12-24-36 hours until i could find accommodation. I also have had little to no money for the past 6 months and due to the italian government refusing to obey international law I have not had the ability to work or support myself. I keep being told to go back to america or brazil by the italians, even yesterday I was told by the italians at florence immigration that I may be sent back to brazil. I was confused and scared by these comments especially since i was beaten by the police on 4.20.2026, but we will get there. 

I waited outside the immigration office in rome 4 times. One time was from Sunday noon until money 10am in the rain and cold, with about 100 other people. They only take 30 people a day and there appears to be some sort of organized mafia type group of people that wait online and sell slots to enter to their friends. But that is a different story.

I left Rome and went to the next major city that was in the direction of North as I assumed I would need to leave Italy to get my asylum application filed, but then i realized that it was the winter olympics in Milian and decided to not go north until after the olympics. So i stayed in Florence. I arrived in florence in November stayed 1 night in Santa Monica Hostel, which was fine, I did not have any issues there,and i used booking to reserve the first night then paid separately for the 2nd or 3rd night - NÚMERO DE CONFIRMAÇÃO 6808.470.535 CÓDIGO PIN: 0924 but then again I only stayed 2-3 nights there. 

Then I went to 7 Santi Hostel, I believe i booked through hostelworld, but can confirm this later. Then I asked the lady at the hostel if I already paid 10 days of city tax if I could go to any hostel in florence and not pay the city tax again. She told me that she would check and see and I told her that I was without much money and some hostels were 3-8 euros cheapers, but if I added the city tax it would end up being more expensive for me. She told me that she believed it was a tax everytime I went to a new hostel so i decided to stay at 7 Santi hostel, and made weekly reservations for the next 2 months as I was told Florence Immigration was easier than Rome, but later found out that in Florence they only take 3 people a day, where in rome they take 30 people, so even though the line in Florence appears to be shorter, it may take longer. I had no winter clothes, no socks, november and december were cold months and every time I tried to go to immigration without a winter jacket or winter clothes or socks, as I came from Brazil, It was too cold for me to stand outside from 1 am until 9 am without dying. I was and have been living with 3-7 euros a day to eat, other times my mothers boyfriend gives her money when he can to help me, but most of the time I was without money, without money to purchase clothes and without being able to get into immigration. 

I was abused at 7 santi hostel by many people. 

            Mark - works at the front desk at 7 santi. Appeared to be a nice man, but after speaking to my children in december telling them I was going to ask my mother to pitch in with my sisters to buy them a tablet as their tablet broke, 4 hours later i went downstairs and mark starts making fun of me saying” I lost my tablet. I cant find my tablet. And laughing at me. 

            Igancio - From Peru. Arrived around the end of november beginning of December. About 3-4 people at the hostel are also from Peru. He would tell me i had a small dick. Make hand gestures saying i had a small dick. Make fun of me. Yell at me when i asked if he had lunch with his cousin. Be aggressive towards me with the other peruvians that worked at the hostel. 

            American guy with 2 missing front teeth. He originally said he was from Canada, then told me he was from washington state. He told me he was going to rape and kill livia, the lady at the front desk that I asked about the city tax. I told the manger at 7 santi what this american said and he brushed me off told me I was crazy and to be careful with what I said in his hostel. This manager, from bologna, later threw me out fo his hostel. I asked mark for directions to my other hostel on January 14th and then this manager screamed at me telling me i needed to leave his hostel right away and that i could not stay here. I told mark to call the police because i did not want a problem and wanted this documented. The police took me away took my fingerprints, mug shots, and told me to never go back to 7 santi again. This was due to the fact that on New Years eve they had a party at the hostel, they charged me for 12 long island ice teas, and i think they drugged me. I complained via email to the managers but they did not do anything. In fact they told me that i could not stay past January 14th which I already had paid. Then on January 13th Livia told me that her managers said i was a good boy and could stay. I told her I already booked another hostel but might return. I think that this manager is either dating livia or his friend is dating livia because the peruvians that work at the hostel would make fun of me and livia when we would talk. Saying that i was a criminal. I was in the CIA. Look at his tattoo how do you speak to a man like this. Telling Livia to tell me she had a husband. Then on January 13th when she was leaving work she asked me if she would ever see me again. I told her sure maybe i may come back here. I also think that this manager was upset because livia asked me to give her a good review on google reviews, she told me she asks everyone to do so. So i wrote her a review then 2 days later they drugged me on new years eve. 

            Brazilian lady from Toronto - a Brazilian woman was staying at the hostel and we began speaking in the kitchen. She told me she was from falls de iguzu and that she lived in toronto. That she knows brazilian diplomats and that brazilians just like to joke around and play games. I told her my story and told her that this is not a game, this is child abuse. I never saw her again 

            An american lady that works as a flight attendant that livia told me she has seen many times before also spoke to me. She told me she was married to a judge in philadelphia and lives in chicago. She did not say anything specific to me that i can state that she was messing with me, but she was clearly trying to figure out what can be done to fix this situation, i told her the only way is for everyone to admit what they did and never do this again and go to jail and lose their ability to be public servants and their law license. 

            Hasne - an Italian Moroccan girl in her mid 20s. She told me she has a few friends that are cops. She told me that i told her when i was drunk on new years eve that my great grandfather was a soldier from spain in the 1900s during the spanish moroccan war and he was awarded a bronze medal for his services. I told her that my mother and myself are all very proud of him and that we still have original documents of his bronze medal, pictures of him in his military clothes holding a rifle and other documents from 1890-1910. She started to mess with me after telling her this. While I was speaking she would move her lips but not say anything. I asked her to repeat herself as I did not hear her and she said she did not do anything. She would also tell me about how she did not think livia was albanian and italian and that she was maybe brazilian and be careful with livia as maybe she was trying to hook up with me get pregnant and steal my children back to Brazil. 

            There was also a boy around 20 years old or so from chicago. He told me his name was Paul. Then he told me his name was not Paul. Then he told me people call him paul sometimes. Then after telling him my story why i was in italy he left saying he was going to eat dinner with friends and the next day or so was going to venice with his friends. That night he called the hostel spoke with Livia and told Livia he was scared of me and wanted a refund. She told him that she could not provide him with a refund but was able to change his room. He never returned. 

There are more instances of people messing with me, trying to get me in trouble, baiting me to fight them, and just being rude and mean. I keep telling everyone that everything you are doing to me, is essentially being done to my children, because the only thing I want is to be a father to my children. I have also been hearing that I am in the CIA. That I am a Brazilian Solider. That I rape women and molest children. The Stories are endless. 

On January 14th I left 7 Sanit and went to Plus Florence. On my way from the police station walking to Plus Florence i was punched in the face by 3 americans then i was taken to the hospital. I went to Plus Florence a few hours later and the front desk guy was a man from Buzios Brazil. I used booking to book this hostel, but i think i used my other email paulcamaraozzz@gmail.com as i needed to make a new amazon account for italy to purchase my clothes and things as my amazon account associated with paulcamaraoz28@gmail.com was blocked. I was thrown out of Plus florence after being harassed by an american and italian guy and then the hostel threw me out and the police told me to never go back to this hostel. I did not do anything wrong there, just told someone to stay away from me and stop messing with me. 

Then Hasne messaged me the end of January telling me that she wanted to know how i was and what i was doing. I told her i was at plus florence and i have all the texts with her. She told me that she wanted to hang out and i was interested in knowing what the heck was going on and why these people in italy were messing with me. What interest they had in this and what the heck was going on. Then the police started to mess with me, the brazilian consular in florence desouza refused to respond to me via email for my requests to renounce my brazilian citizenship and she started to send people to mess with me. The cabereneri here in florence also told me that it was just like brazil and if i did not behave they would smack me around. I told them i had been asking for asylum since october 20th 2025, that the italians were violating international law and that this was unacceptable. 

Then i stayed a few nights at another hostel until i booked this current stay here at sweet dreams florence. I paid an arm and a leg to stay here. Thought i would be able to have peace living alone for a month and not be abused and harassed by other people at hostels and be able to figure out what country i was going to. I told my mother the first week of April that I was going to Russia or switzerland to get away from these people here in italy. Then on April 8th 2026 i was arrested outside the american embassy in florence, for not wearing a shirt. I had already been harassed about 3-4 times for not wearing a shirt while working out, and this time they arrested me per the americans orders. They took my passport and told me i could not leave the state of florence. Then I started to get harassed at this apartment, they would turn the water on and off. They would open the door, mess with me when i was walking in and out of the building here and finally a few days ago the police broke into the apartment with 10 people, with guns pointed, arrested me, brought me to the police station, then one of the police officers beat me, i 

think he is Hasne’s friend, they did not give me food or water for 26 hours, which again is against international human rights laws, then they told me i could not go back to this apartment. I told the police i had a lot of items at the apartment that i needed back and the police told me that they did not know anything about my belongings and to never come back to this apartment and if i knew what was good for me to leave the country. I told them i did not have a passport and that i had no money and was waiting for my mothers boyfriend to send me money. Then a 2 older plain clothes police men came looked at me in the cell after i was beaten by the other police officer, while 3 of his colleagues watched and laughed, and the 2 plain clothes officers told the other police to leave, 2 new police came and watched me from 2am until 8 am, then the new police officers brought me to the hospital, the doctor wrote down what happened, told me she was scared for herself in this situation, and then i was brought to the immigration office. When the police brought me to the immigration office a man told me he was the head inspector of the office, apologized for what had happened to me here in italy for the past 6 months and said he was going to file my application, but I may be sent back to brazil. He did my paperwork then i came back to this apartment. I found all of my stuff thrown all over the apartment. A 3000 laptop gone. Other electronics in the value of another 3-4000 gone. Clothes gone. Water shut off. All of the food i purchased gone. There is a cat that roams around here that i would feed and all the food i bought for the cat is gone. And this morning i went 2 flights down to use the vending machine to buy water as there is no water here to drink or shower, the toilets are backed up stinking in this place from lack of running water, i have not showered, but a man rang my doorbell this morning telling me not to use the vending machine here. 

So again there is a lot of things missing here, but i think you get the point. I will attached videos of no running water, sewage backed up here, my requests for asylum in the rome airport etc. but this situation needs to be taken care of. I am terrified for not only my own well being but other peoples well being if they stay at these places, 7 sanit, plus florence, sweet dreams in florence. 

Let me be clear here. I was never charged with a crime the day the broke into the apartment with the owner to remove me and arrest me. It was an intimidation effort to beat me in the police station and have me leave here or silence me against these international criminals.
